📋 Main Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care in line with care plans
  • Lead shift tasks, handovers and work allocation
  • Observe and report changes in residents' wellbeing
  • Maintain daily records and care documentation
  • Assist with medication where trained and authorised

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Experience in care/support with responsibility for guiding others
  • Knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding, moving & handling
  • Strong communication and shift organisation skills
  • Level 2/3 adult care qualification beneficial (not essential)
  • Dementia or senior carer experience an advantage

  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Basic awareness of dignity, confidentiality and safe working
  • Previous care, support, volunteering or customer-facing experience welcome but not essential
